Satisfaction Guaranteed
All Bolder Beans® products are guaranteed fresh and delicious through the printed “Best By” date on individual items. We will replace your product or refund your full purchase price should the product not meet your expectations.  Replacement or refunds must be requested with 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Product
Bolder Beans puts the same amount of care and attention into packing our products as we do making them. However, damage to items does sometimes occur during transit. In the event you receive your products in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately to report the damage. We will replace or refund in the event the product arrives damaged. Replacement or refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges
We are not responsible for the exchange of items that were not purchased through BolderBeans.com. If you bought it through a local store, please take it back there. They will handle it according to their policy, and get in touch with us if needed. Exchanges for BolderBeans.com purchases are only permitted in the event that you received product other than ordered. Exchanges for BolderBeans.com purchases must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds
We are not responsible for the refund of items that were not purchased through BolderBeans.com. If you bought it through a local store, please take it back there. They will handle it according to their policy, and get in touch with us if needed. If you bought the products through BolderBeans.com, then we will replace your product or refund your full purchase price should the product not meet your expectations. Shipping / Delivery
Please provide the complete “ship to” address on all of your orders. If shipping your items to a residential address, please be sure to include the recipient’s full name, and complete address including any apartment, floor, or suite information. If shipping your items to a business address, in addition to the recipient’s full name, please be sure to include the business name, and complete address including any floor, suite, or department information.

The omission of necessary information results in additional charges from the carrier. If your items are shipped to an address as you have requested, and, if after being shipped that address requires updating or correction in order to deliver, you will be responsible for the resulting fee incurred, and it will be billed to the credit card used for purchase. Amounts vary according to carrier used to ship your order.

If Proof of Delivery shows an item was delivered, it is considered received by the purchaser. The same is true if purchaser elects to have items sent to a different receiver, or different receiving address.

Undeliverable Items
If your items were sent to the address you requested, but were returned to us by the carrier as “undeliverable”, purchaser will be responsible for providing an updated delivery address and will be required to pay any associated charges incurred for reshipping the items.

Sales Tax
Rogue’s Bolder Beans collects sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
